I do not recommend this product, I bought one for my mom and it stopped working in less than 6 months. I also bought for myself and it's not functioning properly. Imagine spending 2 hours cooking something that normally cooks in 15-20 minutes.

I bought this glass hob in March 2024, the glass cracked last week and called the customer line but unfortunately the warranty does not cover cracks, if you want to flush your money in the drain continue buying this product. i do not advise anyone to do so, maybe they even use cheap glass who knows.

The product come in good condition, but I started using it suddenly gave me problem. Only one plate is working and tried to report the matter without being assisted. I have just wasted my fund with this product from Macro. I'm very disappointed because it didn't even take four days working properly

I bought this product for my mother and it lasted less than 2 months and the after service customer care has not been helpful. I have been told that they drag the case until the warranty expires.

I bought this 2 months ago and today i woke up with a crack on it. Im so disappointed i only started using the stove last night and today its cracked overnight? Can makro do something about this?.. This was a total waste of my money i dont recommend it totally

What a good product. This smart Defy ceramic glass hob was a perfect buy. It makes me to enjoy cooking and being on the stove. Cooking is very enjoyable with this effective heat controllable Defy ceramic glass hob. I enjoy setting it high to get to the quick boiling point and thereafter reduce heat to the desired heat level to get my tasteful food quick and perfectly done. It's a must have in your kitchen, a very good product and also affordable and reasonably priced.
