Good buy. The stove and the oven work super. Defy is really a trusted brand.

Disappointing quality - a poor excuse for a replacement of our solid old defy stove,
At least expected quality to be similar to the old sturdy 30 year old defy stove but totally the opposite! It’s tinny structure and switches are very cheap. Pity because from afar it looks attractive - don’t get caught!

Poor resolution process: I submitted a quality complaint within a week of installing and still not resolved 10 months later.

The plates all worked fine
The oven only comes with 1 wire rack which is quite flimsy compared to my previous Defy stove.
The instruction booklet was hidden under the grill and nearly caused a fire the first time we used the oven and the oven bulb fused after first use.
The warmer drawer has an unfinished look on the inside and is a bit rickety.
