I bought it a couple days ago and just opened the box today. The water didn’t come out from the hot water spout and we can’t finish off the setting up process for the machine. I have to take it back and either ask for refund or get a new one . This is wasting my time. Very disappointed!

We love our DeLonghi PrimaDonna Soul coffee machine, easy to use, fully automated and recommended by 3 of our friends that purchased and are extremely happy with our purchase , lives up to our expectations and more. Our grown up kids said they now no longer need to go to the local general store to get expresso, awesome purchase, Thankyou DeLonghi üëè

Overall a great machine, I have had it for 18 months and made over 3000 coffees,
Pros:
Makes consistently good coffee,
Quick to use.
Easy to clean.
Cons: (Things I would improve) -
I can't top up the cup with milk, If milk is the last thing added I would like to be able to add extra milk, same as
they allow with water.
My travel mug does not fit under the spout, so I have to make my coffee in a separate cup and transfer it when going to work in the morning, I also can'...

Our second DeLonghi coffee machine and not disappointed. Very smooth and easy to operate. Highly recommend.
