Bought this as a replacement to a non automatic coffee machine. 2 days in and I am not missing the grinding, tamping, steaming processes and the clean up at the end.

Have played around with the settings and at this stage, it is making great coffee. Thought there might have been an issue with how hot the milk and coffee would pour, but if you like hot coffee, this is the machine for you.

Customising has been easy using the app and allows a lot of flexibility in how you like your coffee.

We bought this machine for my Dad for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Super easy to operate with delicious coffee to match. He especially enjoys being able to pick the fresh beans of his choice and the self cleaning system after every coffee - plus it looks fantastic on the bench. It's also really easy to switch milks when I am home from normal to oat, one coffee after the other - works for the whole family.

Definitely the best kitchen appliance I have ever purchased. Minimal cleaning and maintenance and the coffee is amazing.

Brought this in August, loved it ever since. Would rather have my coffee at home rather going to cafe. Machines has everything you need

Had mine for 3 years and as soon as it hit the 2 year mark I have had nothing bit problems with it. Have given up on this machine now and would not recommend to others.

We love our primaDonna Soul, everyone get their coffee perfectly, and so easy to look after and use.

Had two low quality delonghi coffee machines. Both have the same problems. Etella and Primadonna both leak underneath. No coffee, water come direct to the coffe grind container. Primadonna just produced 128 cups of coffee since we purchased it. Low quality !! Stay away! Oh! Bu the way, they demand 6 weeks or longer to fix the low quality products. Stay away !!
