Excellent customer service, delivered on time as promised

The fan itself is quite loud. But still okay, and you do get some good power from that noise. The instruction booklet was for a slightly different model, and so did not actually give the full instructions. The front shield for the fan also was not that simple to fit, and it seems it may also be from a slightly different model. That all being said, in general it was not too difficult to construct. The fan is mainly plastic parts, the assembly instructions are not so great, before connecting the two main down pipes you need to place the sleeve in place that covers the join by the foot. If you don't do this you will battle to get the pipes apart ( I couldn't had to try force the sleeve over the pipe one was successful the other developed a small tear). There are no screws to to secure the base you just have to screw the pole into the foot and the foot is not that sturdy.

The manual wasn't clear, still haven't assembled the fans.

I was skeptical about this purchase especially as it was 2 fans. Although its components are very basic, i.e. plastic, it is still a great fan and value for money as you get 2 fans.

The products are great and easy to assemble. The pricing is also not too bad
