Although the presentation is nice the streama does suffer from sluggish performance when browsing channels and content. I get where it adds value but Multichoice are once again shooting themselves in the foot by forcing users that use the app often to get this device and then provide users a sub optimal piece of hardware.

The remote also has no 'info' button. Seems small but I do prefer having it when browsing... Hoping DSTV will release more updates to improve performance soon.

I bought this a month ago and I must way it’s the most frustrating streaming box every. It is ten times slower than the Xiaomi Mi Box. It forever hangs. Most Useless device ever. Rather purchase any other tv box but stay way from this Dstv device

It took a lil bit of time to reset and play then boom darkness no pictures

The product is a flop hence it was on promotion in most of the shops

Do not bother buying this, it does not work , if it does it’s for a few days then it stops.

Worked fine for about 10 days. Then it died. Makro took the quick way out and promised a refund. Has not yet happened.
