I've had the vacuum for a couple of weeks and I absolutely love it. It makes me excited to vacuum because the product just feels so fun and convenient to use. I also thought that I would need to purchase a second battery in future, but because the vacuum is so effective I can vacuum the entire house in less than 30 minutes - and even less if I'm regularly vacuuming which I am._x000D_

Bought 2 weeks ago. Incredible. Love the laser head for the hard floors. Carpet head brilliant for fine dust and cat hair. So easy to use and transport up and down stairs. Love the dock station Best Vac ever!_x000D_
And to too it off very sustainable packing. All can go in recycling. Not heaps of foam etc

Our last vacuum was a ‘stick Dyson’ so there was no reason why our next one wouldn’t be - so we did, and we LOVE it. We have cats and a dog, this does a fab job of picking up all animal fur. Give it a couple of years, and we can’t wait to see what our next stick Dyson will do - make coffee?

We purchased this after only ever using a corded vacuum clean and WOW! No more dragging a cord and heavy machine around and no bag to empty, it is so easy to use. The build quality is excellent. We leave it in the wall charger so it is always fully charged and just grab it when needed. I love the way the machine automatically detects how much suction is needed, but you can over ride this if necessary. My only regret is that we didn't buy one years ago. Highly recommended.

Does a good job but my battery was a dud out of the box, they sent a replacement quickly but I think I need two to be able to complete the clean of our house in one session
