I got this machine a week ago and so far it’s been a good machine. It’s quiet it works sucks up a lot of hair and dirt better then the v11 does. However on that note you have to keep dumping the canister which I wish was bigger. Not a major design flaw just don’t want to dump it as much. I moved into a new build home. The vacuum hilights all the caulking the tradesguys did not clean up. A bonus to the great job it does!!

Bought over a month ago and can honestly say this is probably the best Dyson money can buy. The suction is incredible. The detect light shows you dirt/dust you never knew existed. The fluffy roller head is perfect for our tiled and wooden floors, the carpet head is amazing on the carpet & the mini roller is perfect for sofa/pet furniture etc. The submarine empties dirty water everytime and is perfect for a quick mop around. It’s obviously not going to replace a mop head...
