Remote did not respond well was slow and caused problems

This is a great Android TV box!
I have a Mi-Box and a 2nd Gen. fire tv box, and this out performs them in every way!
Expandable storage, Ethernet port, two USB ports, great WiFi, very easy to setup, pretty much plug n play! and last but not least the remote is very good!
So for anyone debating whether or not to purchase this device, do yourself a favor and buy it! you will not be disappointed!

this is my second box from them. i opened the new box on 5/19/24 and the remote doesn't work. I've tried multiple batteries short and long range distances. the light didn't come in when pressing a button for feedback.

This item is running android 9 TV os, with a security patch of august 2019! That is almost three years old. I would not recommend this unit just for that.

It is also very slow, and navigation is extremely hard. The remote is near useless, so I plugged in a mouse instead.
I went with the new Google Chromecast with android tv os, as it is secure and running android 10 tv os!!
