My son who loves to draw and sketch absolutely loved this charcoal sketch set. He said how easy it was for him to blend and smudge his pictures and how it made shadowing look amazing! They don't last long because he loves to draw with these!

Great set for the beginners a nice set with the basics to use and start drawing. The lead can be a bit aft but I’d be very careful I’m sharpening has an eraser for the mistakes . This set is of high quality for a fair price.

I really like that this is a full kit of what you need to get started in sketching. It is also small enough that you can use it for a travel sketch kit. Faber-Castell is an excellent art company. They provide high quality tools and this kit is no different.

This is a really nice set that includes everything you need to do charcoal sketches and drawings. This Charcoal 7 piece set comes with one white pitt pastel charcoal, a few black soft medium charcoals, a shading stump, kneaded eraser, and willow charcoal. The white charcoal has a nice smooth texture. I wish the white charcoal was more pigmented as it was not very white. It does look nice against a dark paper. The other dark charcoals were very hard to sharpen. This is a nice handy set to have, but I don't know that I would go out of my way to purchase this set again because it is not as p...

These are wonderful for sketching. They are great quality. I love the product and how smooth I can sketch without leaving behind charcoal. I have used many different brands but I really like this one.
