Got this set for my daughter who was introduced to charcoal in art class and wanted to experiment further on her own. This was perfect for her! Has everything she needs, from pencils to sticks, a blender and kneaded eraser. She has really enjoyed enjoyed creating art with this medium and experimenting with the different pieces in this kit.

I just started Charcoal sketching, so this started set is perfect for me. The charcoal pencils glide softly across the paper to make sketching so easy. The black color of the pencils is very deep and perfect. Since beginning charcoal sketching I have used may pencils, but these Faber Castell pencils seem to be the best quality I have used. I have had the richest lines and great shading while using this product.
