Just received my this tree I bought online here. And it is NOT the same tree as advertised. This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!! Stay away from Makro online! Photos attached.

Completely different from the picture that’s online. Had to push all the branches to the front to make the tree look somewhat full in a way. WORST PURCHASE EVER!!!! Extremely disappointing.

I was utterly disappointed in the tree we received. It is nothing what we expected. On the picture it shows a full tree , but in reality, the tree barely had any shape. We have to now purchase additional tinsel to fill the obvious gaps. So disappointed and a waste of my money. If I could give zero stars, I would...

I bought this tree a few days ago and it was delivered today (14 Dec), I do not understand what the supplier is trying to do. I have already processed a return and requested a refund because this is hideous. I can even count the branches. The tree does not even connect to the base.

Please stay away from it; you will be disappointed. MAKRO should check who is selling on its platform and what it is they are selling because, wow.
