The worse product I've ever bought. We purchased the steamer with a vacuum cleaner. This steamer merely pushes dust around. The pads don't stick after a maximum of 5 uses. I've actually just gone back to doing floors on my knees because I get so frustrated using the steamer.

I bought this hoping it was top of the line. Even the guy who recommended it praised this steamer. But to my disappointment, this is the worst product ever, not even worth the price. Hardly produces steam, hard to use, feels cheap, takes forever to even produce steam.

I bought the steamer in July 2024. Steamer did not work at all (never heated up). I should’ve taken my money then but chose to get a replacement, had to also take it in after one use, again problem with heating. I took it for repairs and after one use now leaks water and has trouble heating up, will be taking it in again.

I am just not sure what genesis was trying here but using this product is so much hard labor
