Missing parts and no help to get them
Vacuum connector that you need to use the little washing machine was not in my box.
I tried calling Makro, whats app, and Verimark and no help, facebook and email!
The machine is a bit unstable
Has an okay suction, but needs more stability

Genesis Duravac for the win
Genesis Duravac packs a lot of power for such a light weight machine. I was a little concerned about it being so light in the beginning, but am happy for that as it's easy to pick and up and move around. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Happy with performance
