Good service but poor design
Would not recommend this vacuum as the motor has gone twice now._x000D_
Only reason I took in the damaged vacuum twice and opted to buy a different vacuum brand from verimark due to the excellent service I received from Byron at the North gate business park Builders outlet.

What you see is not what you get
I bought this product and the vacuum is very poor material and didn't suck up the dirt from my tile the dust still remained . I would not recommend this product

If it's Genisis you know its rubbish
Do not buy any Genisis vacuum they barley work and will stop as soon as the warrenty expires. It's a poor quality product and not worth the hassle

Poor quality- rather invest in another brand
Poor quality unit, pathetic quality filters then to top it off- replacement filters cannot be purchased from the store you bought the vaccuum from!! I will have to go to a Verimark store, can't even but them online!!

VERY BAD PRODUCT
I am disgusted in this verimark product. Within a few weeks the rubber seal around the filter bad started tearing, the the side clips would not close, the pipe and head keep clogging up. The unbreakable pipe broke in many places and then low and behold the motor blew. Wow all this in 1 year. I will never buy another verimark product again.

Poor quality item, the base is flimsy and dents easily. On the wet function the motor stains after picking up 2 liters of water and above. Rather spend a little more for a more durable vacuum
