I bought this unit to combat heat as I work night shift and need to sleep during the day. As I live in a complex a split AirCon unit would require hoops to jump through.

The unit works well, but the pipe is not aesthetically pleasing, and the window adapters are for a very specific window, which almost no homes have. My main complaint is that the unit is very loud. You cant hear the TV over the noise. I dont recommend for a lounge or home use.

Portable aircon is compact without the induction pipes and water outlet . Noisy until set temperature is reached and then continues to switches itself on and off .
Challenge to sleep with aircon on .

I was worried about the noise tha a lot of people spoke about. No such thing, it's quieter than my table fan and the room was cool in minutes.
The only issue is that perhaps the exhaust air pipe should be longer or give the buyer an option for the length needed.
Otherwise very happy.

I am so happy with this portable aircon. It Works brilliantly and the features are really good. Cools my house down significantly. Did a fair amount of research, and this particular unit landed up being recommended with some amazing reviews. Being a smart enabled device is a huge plus. Highly recommended.
