I have another Chromecast with Google TV and it works very well and is far superior to previous generations of Chromecast which used the Google Home app to cast your screen. This one with the included remote is vastly superior.
I cannot leave here without a hard slap on the wrist for Walmart, whose website assured me two day shipping and then after getting the order changed it to 6 day shipping. I was not amused. Had I known the delay I would have gone to the local store and picked it up.

It would be a 10 star, everyone knows that Google (or any other reputable company) will not allow any junk to be put on market with their name on it. The customer service expert was so very patient with me, and he said 'that's my job ma'am. He must have been on the phone with me an hour and a half. I was able to hook it to my motorolla, but the mobil internet not strong enough to connect. So regretfully, I have to return the chromecast. It requires a wi-,fi.

So fed up of the multitude of problems that keep happening, I've given up trying to watch films on youtube, it keeps crashing, or the sound goes and have to click back and reload film. Then the screen goes black and those rotating dots show up. Other times it switches to foreign videos, I sometimes wonder if there is a controler doing these things purposely, out of boredom, as there are far too many issues.

We bought the chromecast 3 months ago and now it does not work it keeps closing down on us and does not work. Would not waste your money on it

You still need to subscrible to some kind of a station likelll ABC 'or like me DISCOVERY bue still you can't get everything you want to watch.. For movies it works just find and asking for a special movie for program it works great.

Any streaming service 5.1 surround not working on sonos, plex live tv sound on and off, youtube sound disappear unless you restart app, don't waste your money!!!

I have been very pleased for the most part with my recent purchase with the new Chromecast With Google TV built right in.

Great ribbon-ish carousel-like content layout, customization of the screen is offered as well. The content layout makes it very easy to decide on whatever you want to watch very, very quickly at a glance or limited scrolling. Great option especially if you are very tired or impatient.
