The greatest compliment I can give is that it really sounds good! The hockey puck speakers don't sound good at all. This one sounds so much better.

Purchased this Google Nest speaker on a whim. I'm glad I did, the sound is incredible! Still trying to figure out how to connect it with my TCL/Roku smart TV, but I'm sure I'll get it done.

Speaker did not work (it also did not look new). Poor customer experience for return.

Trying to use Bluetooth is extremely infuriating. Bluetooth disconnects every few minutes and often takes an entire reboot to get it working again. I have tried a multitude of troubleshooting steps, including factory resetting the Nest Audio about half a dozen times, but the problem still persists. I have an Echo Dot from Amazon, and it never disconnected from Bluetooth by itself even once. It also doesn't pick up whispering or quiet speech well, unlike an Echo which does. The Google Home app...

i haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it will do great.

Bought this to replace another smart device that was on the fritz. I figured spending more would get more and wow was I wrong! My Nest Mini sounds 100% better (minus the crackling). The Nest Audio seems to be missing midrange and had all that crackling and popping that my Nest Mini had in the past. Don't even bother with Google support I still have several tickets open from last year and their forum is even more lack luster. Returned! Minus 5 Stars!
