Nice phone great value but will not hook up to home phone line or magic jack. They fail to disclose that you need a cloud or PBX service for it to work then you need to get it programed. No phone tech support all thru email base 2 days to find out it wouldn't work.

This is a SIP phone so you need to have VoIP service provider. This is not a regular phone line phone. Excellent sounds quality. Setup was fairly easy through the web interface. However, had to change port settings from default, as the default SIP port was taken.
One thing that is not ideal about this phone is the placement of the ethernet cable: it is below the phone and will make it pretty much impossible to keep it straight on a flat surface. It's a major design flaw - but the price is v...
