Bought a month ago but spin cycle is really poor. Previous 1200rpm Bosch left clothes much dryer than this and was cheaper!! Also auto dosing of fabric conditioner is not flexible enough to increase amount even when changing to manual setting. A very disappointing purchase.

Disappointed that load size does not apply to all types of clothing and linens etc. Chose larger capacity to cut down on washing. The spin cycle is sometimes very noisy. Washes clothes well and there are plenty of options. Does not crease clothes like some washing machines.

Having bought a hisense washing machine and got it home the automated softener dispenser does not work and despite having an engineer round more than 2 weeks ago who promised to replace the dispenser drawer we still have the same issue, not impressed.

I bought on of these washer dryers a month ago. Withing days it had damaged clothing; I did initially think I may have loaded it incorrectly, so I was extra vigilant when filling the machine. A week later the same thing happened and bits of the garment got stuck round the door and damage the seal. Due to other compounding circumstances I returned the machine

Really lovely with easy programmes and large capacity

Only had this washing machine for 3 days and already got an Error F03! Not a happy customer!! üòï

Doesn’t wash clean, I am thinking of returning it 9k is a lot of money to waste.

I bought this machine in April 2024.in August machine started to leak from the soap drawer flooding the liquid soup compartment and pooling on the floor. Hisense technician came out and said everything looks fine but water still is still leaking. They now want us to pay call out fee to come and see the machine yet it is still under warranty. Makro is not helping at all. The after purchase service from both Makro and Hisense is poor. But this washing machine at your own risk.
