The machine jumps around uncontrollably when spinning, bumped in my cupboards as I left it on and went to the shops. The machine now has a dent from this jumping around and it's barely a month old. Furthermore the soap or detergent doesn't seem to move. Caused me so much more frustration than ever.

Amazing washing machine, washes quickly and the auto detergent and softener is a gem. Works with app and wifi well, just want to figure out how to keep it on wifi when switched off and on. To stay connected to the app and control from the app when at work etc.

So big and quiet. The machine handles big loads very well, I even forget that I’m doing the laundry when using it. Beautiful to look at and fits perfectly into my kitchen. I strongly recommend this machine over a top loader, the convenience of it all is just unmatched.

I used the machine twice and both times it spins out of control. Why give a high spin speed, if the machine will be jumping up and down Hisense? Will be returning it soon.

The fast and efficient service i received from Makro was great. As for the product, I love my front loader but if I knew to get energy saving it would cost me hours of doing laundry I wouldn't have taken it. I have a full time job and now I have to deal with washing each bundle for hours. Who has the time for that. That's my only disappointment.
