This washing machine is such a disappointment, the drum is not stable when I wash it’s making weird noises, it seems like it’s just not going to last long

Not even one star. The machine bucket fell down I can see the wires. It has only been two weeks owning the machine.

I'm super happy with my choice I've made in getting this 18kg! Washes the clothes nice and clean!

I used the machine once and it stopped working, i have been trying to contact game for further assistance to no avail...im sooo frustrated!
