I bought the fridge/freezer from Makro online and it was delivered on the 4th of October 2023. After 24 hrs the fridge still did not get cold as it should. The freezer part functioned perfectly. I reported it several times during the week 09-13 October 2023 and had to throw away food that went off as a result of the fridge not working.
