Fridge works well , no frost. Fits the space well was worried that it might be too big

Beautiful color, decent size...not a big fridge but it does the job

It’s been a week since I have the fridge it is not cold at all , my things seem to be in a cupboard or pantry, not cold at all , please can this be sorted out as I have kids and prepare school lunch the day begotten for then , soon it will be hit food will decay quicker….

The fridge came without branding, it does not say “hisense” anywhere. The doors were all lose and it didn’t close properly. I called support multiple times and sent endless emails and they didn’t assist me. Had to resort to YouTube videos to get the Fridge to Atleast work. I’ve never been so frustrated in my life. And I thought I was buying from a reputable company… yuck.

After two weeks of usage. All working fine except for water dispenser which is a bit tricky to fit so its leaking. Its also not noisy. The service is great with timely communication so there is no need to follow up. Would have loved one more drawer on the freezer though.

Its not a double fridge , Its half fridge half freezer. The description heading only says fridge while all other models clearly state fridge freezer.

Purchased the fridge freezer on the 7th oct online delivering, switched it on 8th Oct. The freezer section doesn't seal properly. Reached out to customer care, awaiting response

Delivery was quick. Happy with the fridge and its features. Its truly a frost free freezer.
