We bought the washing machine less than 2 weeks ago. On our first time washing we've noticed the rattled but it's just a bit. However just last week on our 2nd time of washing , the machine rattled like crazy. It shakes heavy when it spin. The drum created it's own sound as if it's in a band. This is probably the best purchase I've made. This machine works efficiently and saves me a lot of time on the quick wash mode. My clothes are cleaner than ever!!

I love my machine, perfect colour (matches my kitchen unit) & size. I used it on the first day & it kept making noise & vibrations. I read the manual & watched a YouTube channel & noticed that I had to remove “transportation” . It has been lovely to use ever since!!!

Product looks good however the spin cycle does not spin the item as well as other machines I've used. It's affordably priced and easy to clean. Easy to set up and instructions on the usage and maintenance are quite clear to understand and easy to implement. Just wish the spin cycle was better

The washing machine is perfect, my white clothes came out whiter, I love the quick option…low electricity consumption and very quiet as it is busy with the laundry.
