Good quality, i was able to connect the washing machine perfectly as the instructions were clear and direct, product is very silent with little sound while in use and doesn't shake spinning. but on the other hand what i didn't like the fact that it takes too long, yes there are options but it doesn't help now you need to turn off the machine then go to the option you want e.g. 'spin', maybe when i use it often then i will figure out some tricks, but all in all its something i can manage and b...

Machine violently bounces during the spin cycle. So much that it moves away from the wall. I specifically both this machine as other were reported to shake during the spin cycle but this one is terrible. Iniitiating return.

The machine is great with washing clothes, they come out spotless BUT the spinning is a nightmare.. It jumps, the whole neighborhood will hear that your doing laundry because of the loud spinning noise. I even put in the supplied sponges but it's terrible.
The people that say their doesn't make noise, what is it that I'm doing differently. Please help
