HP103A toner issue

The plunger got stuck halfway down after which the toner could not be loaded. Now the printer does not accept the cartridge.

Experience and Solution

Ink is very good and the reload process is very smooth._x000D_
But HP knows it very well that hp1200w is made for smooth reload and after using 1 yr some vertical lines come due to ink leakage. Fixing this issue at home is risky so HP should provide a reload expert for better printing experience for buying HP genuine reload kit.
