Toner cartridge
Good product. Efficient delivery. Don't know why I bothered going to the store. They didn't have it.

It just works
I have purchased toner cartridges that were supposed to be OEM from other sources, only to have them streak or put too much toner on the page. I'm done with that! From now on I'm buying all my toner directly from HP!

Not working
Colors are not faithfully reproduced...for example something the shade of brown comes out in a green....as if the yellow and blue are working and the magenta is not...

Don't go with anything but HP--No regrets!
Previously, I used a knock-off brand. I finally just tossed it--it leaked and was a mess. Go with HP, you won't be disappointed! Actually, this one was reasonable in price and works perfectly.

Disappointing supprt for older printers
I love my CL 2605 printer and the performance of the HP cartridges! I am disappointed no longer offers multi-packs for printer cartridges for my printer. Now I have to buy them individually, it cost $200 more to buy the 4 cartridges for my laser printer. I will think hard about my next printer purchase!
