The box took a beating, but the cartridge lived!
The cartridge arrived in a box which looked as if it had been run over. The carton was crushed, and toner had leaked from the cartridge. I decided to try the cartridge anyway, and to my surprise and pleasure it works great. I do not see a lot of leakage since then, so I think it'll be all right.

Price of product is too high. No redemption from used cartridges. Maybe a credit for return of used cartridges is warranted.
