    Simplicity

    Toner was low. Software delivered a popup and in it provided the link to order replacement toner and a drum. How can it get better than that?

    Hassle free

    While local retailers in my city either said the roller was out of stock or they did not carry it, HP made the selection, ordering, receiving and installing hassle free and fast. I would buy online again.

    It was my mistake.

    I thought I order the toner, but it was a drum. I replaced and it was working fine. However, the old one is still good, so I put back the old one on the printer.

    Image better

    I didn't know the Imaging Drum also need to replace. After the replacement, the print out is as good as the new one. Although the unit price is experience, it can be used almost a year, I think it is quite fair enough.

    Replacing the above. No more difficult than replacing a toner cartridge. If you are not in a well lit room, a torch would be handy.
