Excellent product , high quality and lasts a long time. Highly recommend. I've been using HP products for over 20 years and always very satisfied.

I believe HP is overcharging for their cartridges. It is only opening the door for knock off refills that don't give the quality. They could sell more and potentially make more from a lower price.

I have been using HP printing products for over 12 years and have never_x000D_
experienced a defective product. _x000D_
On a separate note My new MAC computer purchased in December 2019_x000D_
leaves a great deal to be desired. The operating system gives my continuous_x000D_
problems with format and correction activity. My old Apple Machine Serial No._x000D_

Terrible! This was a very old ink package! It was partially crushed, seemed to have been wet at one time, and not a very long "use by" date.

I am the secretary/treasurer of a small foundation, and type the notes of our meetings. Plus I do personal work online. Since purchasing an Apple computer and a HP printer _x000D_
years ago, the high quality and very long lasting ink have served me very well.

Had to get a new printer so went with the HP 950xl. Kind of slow to start and a little clunky but good print quality.
