This laptop has everything I need. The resolution is great and I didn't need to tweak it in anyway. Set up was easy and quick. Personalization was a breeze. Moving the taskbar from the center to the left was easily accomplished in the taskbar settings. The sound on this laptop is incredible. I don't need add on speakers. This is a great laptop. I bought it to use, primarily, for online classes and it works well for me. It’s not too heavy, the screen is bright and clear, and the speakers have great sound quality for listening to lectures.

Where’s the tutorials? Comes with all kinds of applications but I have no idea how to use it. I can’t even figure out how to set up emails yet.

This is a great laptop to use for home/work and office. It comes preinstalled with Windows 11 so it may take getting used to for those who are still on Windows 10. I love how fast it is and it was an easy setup. It takes about 30 minutes to complete if you have an existing Microsoft account. A bit longer if you don't.
