Just needed a laptop for home office and basic internet work. This unit is perfect and price is great

It was not bad but it was very out of date so took awhile to just update it. Also plenty of crapware as well.
other then that it was fine, quick all-around

The laptop has everything that I needed and more.

This computer does not work with Zoom virtual backgrounds without a green screen. It is 2023 and so many people work remotely, and who has a green screen laying around their house? Completely unacceptable. This computer does not pass basic technology checks for remote jobs. It is a piece of garbage. To top it off, the touch pad randomly gets stuck and won’t click, then magically unsticks and works, on and off perpetually. There is a random clicking sound happening as well.
