top loading is bad when compared to front loading. Double side printing cumbersome. Cartridge highly priced. The HP site is not clear about the specifications of your printer. Wanted WiFi enabled, front loading, cheap cartridge like HP 47. Your 3454 was very good but suddenly despite putting new origibnal HP Cartridge, it showed fake cartridge in its 5th year. It seems a sale gimmick so that one is compelled to change the printer

I bought this in November and it stop working in February only 3 months worked and nobody can repair this printer.

The product is working as expected and very good on using the scanner. Received the product on time ans safe and securely it was delivered. Thank you HP for this cost friendly product.

We are unable to use all features of the printer such as scan as there seems to be an issue with the HP Smart App. We could not resolve this even after reinstalling the app. _x000D_

Printer is good but cartigde drain out very fast and cost very expensive

Printing is very poor and it doesn't print whole page properly

The diverse Functionalities and Ease of Use are the reasons, I like this Printer.

The Pinter came without a cable. Bought a cable and connected it to printer and computer. Printer does not work
