Great all round Laptop
I bought this laptop as a replacement for my out dated Apple iMac. Was a bit apprehensive at first because I’m not used to windows, but a month later I’ve nailed it. Everything was so easy to use picture and sound quality is excellent and I love the illuminated keyboard. Love everything about this laptop and it came at a great price

Where is the numeric pad? I have been using personal computers/laptops for over 40 years now. This is the first one I've ever used that didn't have one. Otherwise, I like it a lot.

Blue Screen of death from Day 1
Device locks up and reboots all the time. Never had a laptop do this. It started on day 1. I suspect a driver issue. Online help was useless. Haven't had the time to troubleshoot further.

Happy with Envy
I am very happy with my Envy. It was easy to setup and I had no trouble. Performs well and display is awesome. I attached a usb hub to handle the extra devices keyboard mouse and external hard drive. Would have liked more ports. The ability to fold is handy if you play on it.
