A great replacement for my 8 year old HP laptop, really happy I decided to invest in it, exceeds my expectations!!

Laptop came in with care, after a week of using this device for work it has not let me down once. Well operating machine with all the bells and whistles.

This laptop is everything I expected it to be, fast, easy to set up, excellent battery life, a positive keyboard and overall a top laptop for a very reasonable price.

I bought this computer twice. I had to return the first one because when you press on the mouse pad it gets & stays stuck down. Now, I have received the replacement and it is doing the exact same thing! What a nightmare. The computer is beautiful with a great picture but the mouse pad is a BIG issue.

They should call it 100-in-1 laptop not 2-in-1 laptop.

Great laptop

Bought for light to moderate use to replace home/office laptop that can't run Windows 11. Chose this laptop to get the best tech possible at a good price for upgrading SSD, CPU, and video. Intel graphics is acceptable as no gaming use. The included pen was a bonus. Lightweight and size are important to make it easier to travel with an acceptable screen size.
