EASY AS!!!
This is a great little device - just press the button, insert the disk and presto - it goes - even for the tech dummies! Great for the desktop, laptop and TV. Very Happy.

Great
I bought this recently to down load music cds on to a new mp3 player as my iPod had died. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to use and has served its purpose for what I need. I bought it whilst it was on offer so definitely value for money.

Hard to use for beginners
It takes a while to recognise that the hp cd player has connected to the hp laptop. Sometimes have to unattach and then attach the wire to register it. If you don't use a computer very often which I don't, it's hard to understand how to use it for ripping cds and syncing to phone.

Painless CD data retrieval
Purchased the HP DVDRW 2 weeks ago and the device has been working a treat. I love the simple plug in and play nature of it and have found it compatible with my Windows (home) 11 setup. My main use of the device is for retrieving data from CD's. Also to note was the very speedy delivery of device to North Queensland - thankyou.
