I bought a HP External USB DVDRW Drive a couple of weeks ago. It arrived undamanged and in a timely fashion. It is easy to use and performs satisfactorily. Well priced.

Works perfectly with my HP Laptop. Simple to use just plug in. Decent size cord. Happy customer.

A great replacement for my old disk drive which is no longer working.

Easy to use and arrived too early (next day) had to pick up from PO

So this didn't connect straight to my laptop as it was supposed to. I contacted support which was an absolute pain. I was sent in 5 different directions and told I would have to hang up and call again as I had been transferred to the wrong section. I ended up using a different app to access the drive which was fine but is a round-a-bout way of doing it. I have given 3 stars as I did get it to work, however lost stars due to the support desk being completely unhelpful.
