paper is getting stuck i could not print even test paper

I bought this for my home and so far I am happy with the purchase. Meeting all my requirements just fine overall smooth operation. Only time took me to configure it with HP smart App on multiple devices, but after that it is working smoothly.

Toner cartridge replacement is R988-00 and has yield of approx. 1000 pages. This gives you average printing cost of R1.35 per printed page - on normal printing mode. I am now on the 2nd toner cartridge and printed a total of 926 pages? I am super unhappy about this printer. Laser is supposed to be cheaper than Ink-Jet, but it seems that I will be returning to my Epson Eco-Tank printer as this is seriously cost-effective and worthwhile + I have color! Easy to install and use.

Bought this last week. Set it up today. Noticed that it had already been opened and used. Cannot scan. Get a blur image of a scanned letter. Think I received a returned model. Will be returning it.

Very bad auto scan. After 18 to 25 pages auto feeder scan it shows error everytime.
