So very pleased with our recent purchase. Very easy to install and use. Had one issue to resolve with printing labels and received excellent support to adjust the speed and print perfect labels on thicker material.

This printer is a replacement for a Laserjet Enterprise M506X. It is practically the same printer, which works for me. So far, the only problem I've had with this printer is that sometimes it takes a very long time to process and print the document, each page taking a lot of processing time. This was a replacement for a worn-out ten year old HP 3015dn laser printer, which was a workhorse. The M501dn five months ago and seems to be of equal quality. It does the job!

Printing speed is inconsistent. Sometimes fast and sometime slow.
