i bought this product last year January i have been to makro twice already to return this pruduct as its a terrible quality yes it has power but doesn't work i will have to return this product for a third time

I bought this mid march 2023 and it stopped working the very same day. Changed petrol and oil mixture over and over again it still works for literally less than 2 minutes. Manual is unhelpful, says to do things already assembled, and all the screws are loose. I brought it back and I still haven't head anything from the supplier, while my grass continues to grow higher. When I call, the reference number they sms'ed me doesn't even match my name. I tried to save R500 by getting this garbage ins...
