This has got to be the best scanner for Mercedes Benz in this price range. Sure there are better, but at this price you will be pleased.

Makes alot of information available for diagnostics. As others have stated, the manual is practically useless. Have patience and take time to get to know the unit. Very useful! Well worth the mo ey and time to familiarize its capabilities.

Worked well for my W220. Not a bidirectional scanner. Advance functions only work on Mercedes Benz brands, only does basic function on my BMW F25. Relay or some other component started to make noise.

Not plug and play. Must be updated online but onboard memory is not sufficient for that. Couldn’t use. Returned item.

Download the online Owners Manual before trying to understand the booklet that was included with the OBD 2 Scanner. It is much easier to read and understand

I could not determine if this item was a genuine iCarsoft product, or a Chinese knockoff. The iCarsoft name did not carry the trademark designation on any of the contents including the user manual. The user manual was so poorly written I didn't think it could have been done by a legitimate company .
