I bought this 2 weeks ago & it only has line of sight control I HATE IT & I’m returning it

Great sound and very easy to set up. Only wish is for an app or some other means to adjust sound for different applications.

Overall the product is superb! Great design and the sound output is great and crisp mmm mm mm. The setup process in the user manual is hard to make out, probably not the best presentation i shud say.

I researched for ages, needed an optical connection along with a decent wireless sub. So we got both with this. The sound is awesome since JBL uses its tech for all all cinemas and HK is the parent brand. Amazing sound in our cinema room and the front display is helpful unlike others where the display is on top. The sounds is crisp, the bass is deep when it needs to be. Recommend? Defo. A keeper, hope it lasts the test of time!

For me. The Bluetooth connection is a terrible process. I have downloaded the app for the 5.1and have had nothing but problems. It only plays Spotify can't connect but one phone. It's too complicated. It sounds great but if I can't use it to stream from my tablet and allow guest to connect I plan to return it.

The main thing I'm disappointed with is the volume I don't know if it's just my bar but it is not loud enough for when I listen music and must times I have to listen at max volume. It's definative not 100db. Also it has a feature to adjust sync with video and audio but I think it was designed wrongly. Usually the video is ahead of the audio and adjusting the sync on this soundbar delays the audio even further which defeats the purpose. I wish the number could go below zero. I also wish the so...

Can honestly say I had this out of the box, connected to my tv and working in 5 minutes (most of that time was unpacking!). Connected to my phone and playing music via Bluetooth a minute later! The sound is amazing. I was surprised how well balanced the subwoofer is with the sound bar. I usually watch tv and listen to music through JBL studio LSR monitors. Now I prefer the sound bar and sub for entertainment. The sound really spreads out and feels like a theatre. The bass is soooo good. Try it! I bet you’ll keep it!_x000D_
