Man this 5.1 soundbar and subwoofer is AWESOME! I switched to this from my regular samsung whole home theater system and this by far sounds waaaaaay better waaay more powerful and cost waaay less lol.. This thing sounds amazing! Sounds great when I am able to control the volume or any other function that requires a button push, the remote and the main bar buttons stop responding after a day of use and I have to unplug the unit and re plug in for it to work for another day, then start all over again, every day. PLEASE HELP.

This was a great sound at until the latest update. The sound is terrible now. And after the update the sound does not Sync with the TV. Terrible delay. Tried all the settings and the syncing is still off. Like I said, great out of the box, then it updated and is worthless now. Waste of money.

I purchased this sound bar 2 months ago after reading the product features as I also own a JBL Bar 3.1 Sound bar that works and sounds awesome. This JBL Bar 5.1 Surround Sound Bar also sounds awesome however the owners manual needs correction regarding the bass control on the remote control. It says there is 5 levels to choose from & the display should say LVL1 up to LVL5. My sound bar actually says LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH so I only have 3 bass options. Does anyone else also see this? I bought it in October 2020 and having the calibration issues. After complaints, they replaced it with a fresh one. But facing the same issue of failing calibration.
