i bought the JBL Tune 110 last year at the Dubai duty free._x000D_
the volume is not so great._x000D_
Then one day, it stopped working. the lights come on, the bluetooth is connected but no sound comes out of the speakers.

Can't change the ear tips
I got the 220 ones (or the 210 I don't remember) they have very good quality and they are very comfy but my problem is that I find very hard to change the ear tips from M to L and in the process that took like 1 hour cause I couldn't put them back in I damaged that white thing at the end of the earbud.

Right side not working
