I was looking for an upgrade from my previous Sony xb43 which I is still good to be in use however for my office surround sound speaker as a primary aux speaker and when I knew that was the route I was going for, I was looking for a replacement upgrade and I have seen a lot of hype around the jbl speakers especially the extreme 3

Grear speaker. I've had many speakers, including many from ,_| B |_, and this is definitely a new favorite. The Xtreme 2 was too heavy to carry for me, and this is light enough as it lost about a pound of weight and kept the same battery life which is great. I'm impressed by the mids, the vocal frequency is better than the earlier versions. _x000D_

The bluetooth clarity or tweeters and tuning are better because the clarity in the highs or treble, is much better than others out there. ...

I bought this a few weeks ago now in search of an improvement of the charge 5 (Awesome speaker by the way) and I found this Gem (I didn’t search very long but oh well) the speaker has better bass response to the charge 5 and overall that’s the only thing. Vocals are the same practically and well it’s gigantic. 5/5 would recommend

The metal loops on the speaker could be slightly bigger. Tough to get the strap hooks into them.

There are a lot of complaints about the grinding of high frequencies. It is necessary to modify the SBC codec to two-channel, with the bitpool settings. Or apply the ability to use other codecs with higher bandwidth to improve sound quality. I ask you to transfer this to the department that is engaged in the development and updating of software. There are already cases of returning the Xtreme 3 due to this flaw!

This speaker works great. I use it alot for around the house, the sound quality is amazing.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He was super excited and loved the customization. The quality of sound, the level of volume, and the ability to paint multiple JBL speakers together is fantastic. To quote, "this is bumpin'!".

.. Side bumpers at first they do look a bit weird.. But my guess is that they are there...

JBL is a brand of quality and great speakers, Xtreme 3 disappointed me a bit with the bass component. But after a few days I got used to it, the sound is cleaner, the treble is excellent. bass could be more. What disappointed me is charging, the USB C is really great, but the speaker only manages to charge with a 65w charger, that the 45w charger cannot be charged during operation. I thought that Samsung's chargers would be compatible, and everything would work. Unfortunately 45w is not ...

Bought Boombox2 and Xtreme 3 in late December, disappointed that, you can't pair speakers and connect to the computer (MacBook Air) via bluetooth if you use speakers at home. bluetooth connection only available during pairing if you connect to mobile devices only, which is not very convenient, specially if you listen to music on YouTube. With 1st generation Xtreme's I was able to pair them and connect to computer to listed to the music.
