After sales service
I did not get what was advertised. I phoned and queried but my problem was not solved. The lady that does purchasing was arrogant and did not have any kind of courtesy. The brochure on Makro site says I should get 9 pipes in total but I only received 8.

Bad product
Tyres wear out in less than a year, plastic gears gone in 2 years. Do your research. Very expensive and hasn't lasted.

Best for your bucks.
I have used my old Dominator Automatic Pool Cleaner for years. Working and clean without any problems. It are the best and reliable pool cleaner for the price. Although I had to repair it once with service replacement part kit. However the service kit are bit expensive.

Dominator get stuck all the time
Not happy with this product, followed the installation instructions to the T. Get stuck in the corners all the time. Had many other type of pool cleaners in the past that worker perfectly and tried the Dominator on advise from a pool company, not a good product!

Great, trusted product that will last years
After years of buying several pool cleaners, I bought 1 like this 5 years ago. It worked brilliantly but after 5 years of service, 1 wheel stopped turning. I didn't bother trying to have it fixed and just bought another of the exact type. A product I can trust

Durability and reliability
Work great for first few months, not even a year, gears faulty. Replacing gears cost as much and more than the old trust worthy creepy.

Mind-blowing purchase
I bought two of this machines in 36months all couldn’t last the 12 month guarantee period, the machine works wonders but it is expensive and breaks within a year. It doesn’t get stuck anywhere but it is not reliable for the price. KreepyK must increase warantee to 36 months
