This machine is not as quiet as everyone says it is and it always seems to battle to balance my bundles. My machine is stored evenly as per the spirit level but yet it is always bumpy when spinning. I also don't know how many kg's is allowed for the different cycles because the manual doesn't say anything. As a result I do everything on Cotton.

12kg is great for a modern medium to large family. The machine is quiet and looks great. Has some great wash programmes. Love that it connects to the wifi.

This machine replaced an 11 year old Samsung 6kg machine. These two are worlds apart. The new machine is silent, light on electricity, has lots more functions, some that I still need to try. Connecting it to the app was a breeze. Be aware that it is quite heavy. Overall, very good machine and at the discounted price, it was a very good deal. Highly recommended

We recently bought this washing machine from Marko Cape Gate Brackenfell. This machine is worth every penny. It delivers on all its promises. Steaming, Turbo was with 360 degree water jets, super quite due to the direct drive motor. You can not go wrong with this machine and it's a great price. LG Iis truly the leader in smart washing machine designs.
