My microwave has failed twice. It was almost a year old and stopped heating. Took it for repair and was told it's a common problem with the inverter magnetron. Now almost 2 years old and almost out of warranty it has stopped heating yet again. I also found the attitude of the service manager at Xecutronix the LG agent poor.

Bought two and both give problems. ONE: After few months it stopped heating the food.The open and close switch malfunctioned and no parts available (Only told us subsequent & DO NOT TAKE ADD insurance pls) . TWO: The "new" number two micro wave stopped heating food again and we have to send it in AGAIN!! Change name to "NO CHEF" rather. Not worth the money.

Trash. I bought this a few years ago from Makro and the magnetron has been replaced twice already because it just stops heating and has stopped working again for a third time. Also the handle broke just after 2 years. Do not buy this thing.

The instruction manual being clear with exact instructions, assisted in a smooth and easy transition to the new kitchen friend. I chose LG based on my satisfaction level...

My microwave is still within the 2 year warranty period. The latch to open the door broke, and LG is giving a refund because they can't fix the problem. This was surprising and unfortunate as it is a very good microwave otherwise.

Had great experience, I bought online. The Microwave was delivered quicly.
