Menu difficult to read in poor light.
Asked if it had back lights on the menu, the answer was "YES".
It does NOT have and the menu is not at all readable in poor lighting conditions!

exceeded my expectations
the touch buttons are responsive, door has just the rite amount stick, has a silent mode which is nice for late night snacks, preconfigured options are perfect for what they claim to warm up like defrosting buns. I can tell a lot of effort and testing went into making this. this is a genuinely good product. 10/10
